Registered Nurse; RN Home Health

Position Summary

Home Health RNs provide compassionate care in the comfort of patients' homes. Duties include conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring health status, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining records, offering support, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Strong clinical skills, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.

• Current and unrestricted California RN license.
