Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Operate a high‑performing, well‑equipped, and safe clinic, ensuring workflow efficiency, clarity, and protocols
  • Hire, retain, coach, develop, and supervise RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants, and other clinic team members, ensuring they are engaged and healthy
  • Analyze data with attention to trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities; perform root‑cause analyses, evaluate care delivery processes, and make recommendations to the CND on strategies, workflows, and policies to continuously improve clinic operations
  • Ensure nursing and clinic staff accurately deliver and document interventions as agreed upon in participant care plans, including promptly responding to physician orders, completing assessments, and actively participating in care planning
  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of coordination and services in conjunction with Medical Practice leadership, Providers, Case Managers, and other relevant interdisciplinary team disciplines
  • Serve as the audit lead for clinical and nursing elements during CMS/DHCS audit review, in collaboration with the CND and Quality Improvement Director
  • Develop and monitor corrective action plans to ensure ongoing compliance
