Description
Purple Cow Recruiting is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in beautiful San Jose, California for an outpatient primary care opportunity that offers strong compensation, real work-life balance, and a team environment where providers are genuinely supported.
Key Responsibilities- Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care
- Manage your own established patient panel
- See approximately 16–20 patients per day
- Work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team
- Utilize EPIC EMR for streamlined documentation
- Deliver patient-centered care in a mission-driven environment
- Help patients stay healthier while still making it home for dinner
- Monday through Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
- No call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $159,000 – $187,000
- Sign-on bonus

Requirements- Clear and Active California Nurse Practitioner license or Multi-State
- Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience

- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Bilingual candidates are highly welcomed but not required
