This is a travel nursing position for a Geriatrics/SNF RN to work night shifts in Quincy, CA. The role requires providing compassionate resident care, administering medications safely, documenting care, interpreting diagnostic tests, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, educating residents and families, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.

• Provide compassionate resident care using the full nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility standards
• Interpret diagnostic tests and incorporate findings into the plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive resident outcomes
• Educate residents and their families on care plans and health maintenance
• Contribute to performance improvement initiatives that enhance resident care quality

• Current California RN license in good standing
• Current certification in CPR
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred
• Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
