What You Will Do

The Center Manager (CM) plays a critically important role in the overall functioning of a dialysis clinic. The CM maintains operational excellence while leading a high‑performing team that exhibits high morale and professionalism in the day‑to‑day operations of the dialysis center.

The CM coordinates the care and quality of treatments for patients, ensuring they have both life and a quality of living. The CM facilitates patient care by working with satellite employees, MDs, and other representatives, consistently demonstrates a high standard of care, and maintains a high level of compassion in every interaction. The CM also plays an integral role in educating and mentoring staff members as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications
  • One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse and six (6) months of hemodialysis nursing experience. Management or supervisor experience preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent, BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice or compliance with the applicable state Board of Nursing rules for the Nursing Licensure Compact (NCL).
