License Vocational Nurse - LVN

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our skilled nursing facility team.

• Administer medications and monitor patient reactions
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare team members to implement care plans
• Conduct routine physical examinations and health assessments
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations and protocols

• Fresh or newly licensed LVNs are welcome
• Experienced LVN is preferred
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility / long‑term care / senior care is a plus
• Valid and active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in California
• Active BLS through the American Heart Association
• Active CPR Certification
• In good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards
• Interest in working with the geriatric population
• Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program
• Knowledge of the nursing process and standards of care for skilled nursing facilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic health records
