White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA invites an experienced RN to join as RN Supervisor on AM and PM shifts. This full-time, benefitted role provides clinical leadership to LVNs and CNAs, coordinates resident admissions, and ensures accuracy and regulatory compliance.
You will mentor staff, perform PCC audits, and work with physicians to update care plans as medical statuses change. California Title 22 knowledge and CPR/BLS are required.
