Care here is direct-pay and concierge in style: same-day labs and results, no insurance required, and patients have direct access to their clinician between visits. Each location operates independently, but draws on a network-wide clinical protocol and a chief medical officer overseeing a deliberately focused, tried-and-true list of treatments.

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide direct patient care across the practice's core service lines: testosterone replacement therapy, medical weight loss, peptide and vitamin injection therapy, and sexual wellness/ED treatment. This is a part-time, hourly clinical role at a single-provider clinic. The ideal candidate is a confident, patient-focused clinician who is comfortable practicing at the top of their license and open to learning a more consultative, direct-pay style of patient engagement — even if that's new to them.

• Conduct new-patient consultations and ongoing visits for testosterone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, and sexual wellness/ED treatment.
• Prescribe and manage testosterone therapy (injections, pellets, oral formulations) and supporting medications such as Clomid/enclomiphene.
• Administer and oversee peptide and vitamin injection protocols (e.g., B12, glutathione, NAD+, Sermorelin, lipotropic blends).
• Manage GLP-1 and other medical weight-loss protocols, including body composition assessment.
• Provide sexual wellness and erectile dysfunction treatment, including in-office procedures such as the P-Shot and shockwave therapy — comfort discussing and delivering this kind of urology-adjacent care is essential, including for clinicians coming from a general or family-practice background.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and the lifestyle factors that support their goals.
• Engage patients using a consultative, direct-pay approach to treatment planning and pricing — full training is provided.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with front-office and administrative staff.
• Practice within applicable state laws, licensing requirements, and network clinical protocols.

• Board-certified FNP, Adult NP, or licensed Physician Assistant.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; RN experience in this specialty area may count toward this requirement, if applicable.
• Current, active California NP or PA license — must already be licensed.
• Current DEA registration required at the start of employment. (Practice covers registration costs, including any address update needed for this location.).
• Comfortable prescribing and managing controlled substances and injectable medications within scope of practice.
• Comfortable providing sexual wellness and ED treatment (urology-adjacent care).
• Open to learning a consultative, direct-pay approach to patient care — full training provided; sales experience is a plus, not required.
• Strong communication and patient-education skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
