School LPN; Licensed Practical Nurse

• Current and valid LPN licensure or Certified School Nurse (CSN) credential
• Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or public health setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and families
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Ability to maintain thorough and confidential health records
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

• Deliver direct nursing care, including medication administration, first aid, and emergency response
• Implement health care plans for students with chronic conditions or special needs
• Collaborate with educators, counselors, and administrators to support student success
• Educate students and staff on health topics, preventive care, and wellness initiatives
• Monitor and manage communicable disease protocols in compliance with health regulations
• Keep accurate documentation of health encounters and prepare reports as needed
