** Requesting 4+ years of experience **

• Number of Beds : 16
• Patient Ratios :
  Awohnn/Title 22 ratios
• Unit staffing description- u/c, OB tech, charge nurse or cnc, obed, break and resource nurses and then RN for floor assignments
• Type of equipment : CPN GE monitors/ Novii (Monica's)
• Documentation system: CPN for nursing Meditech for Order entry
• Scheduling requirements: 3 12's (no 6 in a row)
• Floating policy:
  Charge RN will only have charge RN shifts

Must have
:
Strong Leadership skills, able to stay calm during a obstetrical emergency, charge nurse experience

Advanced skills needed: EFM and ACLS
