* Job Description:
**** Job Summary
** As a core function of any Quality Assurance department, the role of Document Control Specialist is the lead administrator of all Control Procedures governing the operations of an ISO certified company. The daily tasks consist of formatting, organizing, controlling, distributing, and archiving documents in Quality Management Systems (QMS). This role is also expected to assist the planning, scheduling, conducting, recording, and closing Internal and ISO audits.
** Responsibilities
* ** Prepare and maintain documentation to meet the ISO 9001 Process Approach requirements.
* Functional Admin for Quality Systems Software, QA Intranet and Webpages for data and content updates, and use such systems for documents management.
* Compile semi-monthly Quality Metrics report for Management Review
* Compile customer survey data and summarize for management reporting.
* Review and may help refine Control Documents in English for other Engineers.
* Purchase Requests/Purchase orders as required.
* Standardization and English refinement of documentation
* Maintain Document Control hard copies and electronic copies as needed.
* Assist Customer Quality support tasks, such as certifications/compliances, and other Requests for Information (RFI).
** Qualifications
* ** Excellent English writing and communication skills, technical writing background a plus.
* Interested in developing skills in documents and data processing workflow management, Quality Management, Project Management
* Basic understanding of ISO 9001 requirements and use of Process Approach to documentation.
* Possess Premium written and oral communication skills with peers, management, and customers.
* Interested in developing skills at interfacing customers, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to maintain program integrity.
* Confident, self-motivated and energetic, works well as a team member and facilitator
* Electronic/Semiconductor Manufacturing experience/knowledge helpful
* Proficient in utilizing computer software:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
* Associate of Arts (AA) degree minimum, BSc in English or Business with Technical Writing training is preferred.
Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons.
