You will partner closely with plant teams, operations, supply chain, and senior leadership to strengthen audit readiness, solve difficult quality issues, standardize best practices, and build a proactive food-safety culture.
You will be the person who brings structure when challenges arise, asks the questions others may overlook, and helps teams turn issues into lasting improvements.

- Proven success personally hosting and leading audits, including readiness, on-site leadership, corrective actions, and verification of effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, preventive controls, GMPs, sanitation programs, supplier quality, document control, GFSI-aligned standards, SQF requirements, and FDA regulations.
- A demonstrated ability to develop others, influence without direct authority, and lead confidently through complex or high-pressure situations.
- The ability to work fully on-site in Los Banos, California, and travel approximately 20% to support our Arkansas operation.
If you are a resilient food manufacturing quality leader who wants to build stronger systems, grow a team, and create lasting impact across a multi-site organization, we want to hear from you.
