We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven, proactive, and AI-savvy Compliance & Process Executive to ensure employees and teams follow established SOPs, policies, processes, and operational guidelines.

The role will focus on process compliance, internal audits, audit reporting, identifying process gaps, employee compliance communication, corrective action follow-up, and process documentation. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable using AI and modern technology tools to improve documentation, reporting, analysis, tracking, and overall process efficiency.

• Conduct regular internal process and compliance audits.
• Monitor employee and team adherence to established SOPs, policies, and processes.
• Identify process deviations, compliance gaps, and recurring issues.
• Prepare structured audit reports and compliance reports, including findings, observations, and required corrective actions.
• Send compliance-related emails and communicate audit findings, non-compliance, and required actions to employees.
• Track corrective actions and follow up until issues are resolved and closed.
• Maintain accurate audit records, compliance trackers, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Support the creation, updating, and standardization of SOPs, process guides, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare compliance trackers, dashboards, and regular status reports.
• Identify recurring process failures and recommend improvements to strengthen compliance and process adherence.
• Use AI and modern technology tools for research, documentation, analysis, reporting, and process tracking.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, ownership, integrity, and accountability while handling compliance matters.

• 37 years of experience in Compliance, Process Management, Internal Audit, Quality Assurance, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, process adherence, compliance monitoring, and internal audits.
• Experience conducting audits and preparing structured audit or compliance reports.
• Strong analytical, documentation, report-writing, and professional email communication skills.
• Ability to identify process gaps, deviations, and non-compliance.
• Strong follow-up, tracking, and issue-closure skills.
• AI-savvy and comfortable using modern technology tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms for research, documentation, analysis, reporting, and productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple compliance activities independently.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, ownership, and accountability.

• Experience in internal audits, process audits, compliance monitoring, or quality assurance.
• Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, process guides, and compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with audit trackers, compliance reports, dashboards, and task-management tools.
• Experience using AI tools for research, documentation, analysis, and reporting.
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and digital tools.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
