You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. • Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close

• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry
• Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales
• Must have or be in pursuit of a real estate license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

$80,000 - $150,000 per year
