Responsibilities
- Lead strategic research to identify novel product opportunities and conduct independent research on multiple aspects of products and experiences within the Global monetization space.
- Collect and analyze user behavior through lab studies, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs and online experiments (A/B testing).
- Work with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers and other UXRs to prioritize research opportunities in a fast‑paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Understand and incorporate complex technical and business requirements into research.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and in-person presentations.

- Have a strong interest in user research and Internet products.
- Understand common user research methods.
- Have strong learning ability, be good at thinking and summarizing.
- Be able to use English as a working language.
- Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Market Research or Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Priority will be given to those majoring in related fields such as Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, Advertising, etc.
- Capable of conducting independent analysis and judgment.
- Possess data sensitivity.
- Able to continuously and proactively learn and optimize work.
Compensation Description (Hourly) – Campus Intern: hourly rate range $25–$25.
Benefits include day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, 10 paid holidays per year, paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year) and possible housing allowance for non-100% remote employees.
