R&D Partners is seeking a Scientist to support discovery and optimization of mult i‑specific TCEs in San Jose. You will design and lead in vitro studies, develop functional assays, and generate decision‑enabling data for preclinical development.
The role combines hands‑on experimentation with scientific leadership and cross‑functional collaboration across discovery and early development. A PhD or MS with relevant industry experience is required.
