We're looking for Biology Experts with advanced degrees to develop and evaluate challenging scientific problems that push AI to think like a domain expert.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working scientists and researchers. No AI background needed - just deep biological expertise and a sharp scientific mind.

- Develop, solve, and review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
- Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related specialisms to design complex, nuanced problem statements
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to enhance AI model reasoning and accuracy
- Evaluate AI-generated scientific content for rigor, accuracy, and depth
- Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of scientific clarity and precision
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
- Holds a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field - Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
- Experienced with Python or R in a research or project context
- Deep subject matter expertise in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
- Exceptional written communicator who can explain complex concepts with clarity and precision
- Detail-oriented, rigorous, and comfortable working independently
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
- Background in academic research, peer review, or scientific publishing
