Laboratory Operations Manager

Brid Gene Biosciences is a biotechnology company dedicated to discovering novel targets and developing new therapeutics for unmet medical needs. Brid Gene is applying its IMTAC platform to discover druggable opportunities across the entire proteome. With IMTAC, Brid Gene is able to expand the therapeutic applications of small molecules drugs to a wider range of fields.

Currently we are seeking a lab manager to support our research and development teams. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the research teams. We will work together to build a great, science-driven biopharmaceutical company.

• Manage compound and sample inventory, including storage, shipping, receiving, and proper documentation.
• TC room maintenance including restocking supplies, waste disposal, gas tanks changing.
• Maintain lab equipment, facilities, and supplies; coordinate with vendors for ordering, service, and repairs.
• Support experimental workflows, including cell culture and molecular biology as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, biosafety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Conduct routine safety checks, audits, and training to maintain a safe workplace.
• Maintain lab supplies, equipment, and organization; coordinate with vendors for ordering/receiving.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, lab safety, and regulatory guidelines.

• B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, or related field.
• 2+ years (B.S.) of relevant lab experience in industry or academia.
• Familiarity with compound/sample management systems.
• Ability to lift and move laboratory supplies and equipment (up to ~25–40 lbs) as needed.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Related field with 3+ year of lab management experience.
• Hands-on experience with cell culture and wet lab techniques.
• Familiarity with molecular biology techniques and large-scale sample handling.
• Experience with lab management software, inventory systems, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
