• lead development and scaling of multiplexed in vitro, cellular, and in vivo assays
• define lab strategy aligned with therapeutic priorities
• foster an antedisciplinary culture
• manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers
• oversee validation assay development for AI model alignment

• PhD with 6+ years in industrial drug development research
• proven experience managing a data-driven lab of 10+ scientists
• expertise in high-throughput and multiplexed assays, molecular and cellular biology, and complex data analysis
• ability to set strategic direction and execute operationally
• availability for US and Europe collaboration, with regular early meetings and travel

• expertise in translational biology, high-throughput assays, drug development, molecular/cellular biology, and data analysis
• experience with genetic medicines, immunology, RNA biology, and modern data workflows preferred

• onsite Palo Alto lab, with collaborative meetings across US and Europe
• travel several times annually
