Breakfast Cook

We are seeking a reliable, skilled Breakfast/Lunch Cook to prepare high-quality meals from scratch in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently during early morning hours while maintaining strict food safety standards.

• Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch items using scratch recipes
• Ensure all food is prepared, plated, and served according to quality standards
• Set up kitchen stations and ensure readiness for service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times
• Monitor food inventory and report shortages as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Properly store food and maintain temperature controls

• Proven experience cooking from scratch in a commercial kitchen
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work alone during early morning hours
• Current Food Handler’s card and knowledge of food safety practices required
• Dependable, punctual, and professional

• Attention to detail and consistency in food quality
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
