Job Overview

We are in search of a Vending Machine Associate to join our North American Retail Business team. The person will be responsible for the local operation and management of our vending machine (Robo Shop) and ensuring the achievement of Robo Shop's performance. This role will also support store stocking and customer service operations.

What You Will Achieve

• Manage Robo Shop operations, including product restocking, sanitation, and addressing customer complaints to meet performance targets.

• Assist with warehouse and inventory management, including handling products in and out of storage, allocation, and stock control.

• Support the development manager in leasing processes and managing Robo Shop-related contracts.

• Assist with store sales in the NYC area as needed.

• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

What You Will Need

• High School Diploma or G.E.D., or at least 6 months of retail or related experience.

• Excellent communication skills and a great personality.

• A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

• Flexibility to work nights, evenings, and weekends as required.

• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

• Having a driver’s license or vehicle is a plus.

• Transportation is essential for this role, as it involves commuting.
