Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Adecco seeking a reliable and customer-focused professional responsible for the prompt delivery and completion of various on-site work assignments while ensuring excellent customer service and overall client satisfaction. This role supports daily mailroom, courier, shipping/receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide responsive customer service and promptly address client and management requests via email, phone, text, and in person.
- Communicate potential issues or customer concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Support mail and courier operations including receiving, sorting, tracking, and delivering USPS and accountable packages (Fed Ex, UPS, Certified Mail, etc.).
- Maintain accurate logs, track inquiries, and ensure fulfillment of customer requests.
- Assist with warehouse and shipping operations, including receiving shipments, verifying packing lists, packing and labeling parcels, and maintaining accurate records.
- Retrieve merchandise, manage inventory movement, and support dock operations.
- Perform routine equipment upkeep and maintain organized work areas.
- Participate in cross-training to provide coverage across functions as needed; work location and duties may vary based on business needs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills
- Ability to regularly lift 30+ lbs
- Flexibility to support multiple operational areas
$20.00 to $21.00 per hour
