We are looking for candidates for several roles depending on interest, experience, and skill set. The description below is not a comprehensive list of duties and responsibilities, which may change at any time.

• No experience required. On-the-job training provided.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Multitask between daily production and customer service.
• Monitor stock levels in the backroom and display areas; stock and rotate products (FIFO) and check expiration dates to ensure food safety.
• Take orders for events and holidays with attention to special details.
• Learn to make specialized products such as fruit tarts, eclairs, and cannoli.
• Operate tools and equipment (box cutters, knives, cash registers, espresso machines, ovens, mixers) safely.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customers and company policies.
• Protect the safety of oneself, co-workers, and customers, and report safety-related incidents to management.

• Prepare and decorate in-house bakery products (cakes, cupcakes, tarts, pastries, and special-order items).
• Assemble, fill, and finish/decorate cakes and other bakery items.
• Build, ice, and decorate cakes following standard procedures to meet business demand.
• Create special-order cake designs based on customer preferences.

• Regularly lift about 10 to 20 lbs. (Occasionally up to 50 lbs.).
• Standing up to 8 hours per day.
• Walking up to 8 hours per day.
