Summary
As a Team Lead you will assist the Store Manager and Team Managers to mentor and develop the store team, champion sales goals and ensure a high level of client experience. You will support floor management and client development while collaborating on store strategies to drive business results. - Lead selling and floor operations, championing specific product categories

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure service standards
- Proven retail or luxury sales experience with leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to identify client needs and recommend products based on client profiles and market trends
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a focus on achieving sales results
