Assist customers in selecting Fed Ex Office printing, signs, graphics, and shipping solutions and provide pricing information;
Operate and maintain printing, binding, and related equipment and manage production queue;
Take orders and process financial transactions at the Point of Sale terminal, including handling cash;
Stock and replenish materials and ensure retail area displays are current and orderly;
Support store operations by completing assigned tasks and assisting team members as needed
