Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present;
Manage store associates through training programs, goal setting, and regular follow up;
Recruit and train store personnel on store operations and procedures;
Resolve customer feedback and escalations to make it right for customers;
Ensure customers are offered Lids membership programs or special in-store offers when available;
Adhere to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store cleanliness;
Maintain professional appearance per dress code;
Execute operations directives and adhere to Policies & Procedures Manual;
Maintain store technology and equipment by daily audits and updates;
Oversee cash handling and bank drops;
Prepare store for inventory audits and assist in performing them
