Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist with merchandise selection;
Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed;
Provide excellent service to customers by answering calls, looking up parts, quoting prices, and recommending items;
Maintain and secure the cash drawer and process transactions;
Perform daily operational tasks such as stocking, planogram updates, and inventory counts; assist with returns and exchanges;
Perform in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, scan vehicle trouble codes) as trained;
Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate
