Retail Supervisor

Hope Services is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our nonprofit retail stores. The Retail Supervisor will manage the day-to-day activities, ensuring compliance with brand standards and the efficiency of store operations. This role serves as an opportunity to make a significant impact not only in the store but in the community, as all proceeds support our mission to provide comprehensive services for individuals with developmental disabilities in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve daily operations of retail locations, ensuring store targets and organizational standards are met.
• Supervise, train, and support retail staff, providing feedback and evaluating performance regularly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and in-store experience.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and reporting on stock levels.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities as per the corporate strategy.
• Handle store budgets and financial plans, aiming to maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
