Part-Time Retail Merchandiser – San Jose, CA 95118

Join Action Link as a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser. This position enhances the retail experience by creating eye‑catching displays for global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T‑Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.

• Complete merchandising projects at major retail stores within an assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays.
• Represent global clients and maintain high presentation standards.
• Schedule up to 20 hours per week (Mon‑Fri, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm). No weekends or evenings.
• Provide same‑day digital surveys with feedback and pictures after each store visit.
• Potential for additional hours if covering larger regions or traveling.

• Compensation: $26.00 per hour for general merchandising projects.
• Higher rates for technical projects based on need.
• W2 employment with bi‑weekly pay schedule and direct deposit.

• Accrue PTO hours weekly worked.

• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or other relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory.
• Strong attention to detail; follow complex written instructions and display diagrams.
• Capable of working independently and collaborating with a small team when needed.
• Tech‑ready: internet access, basic hand‑held tools, and a Wi‑Fi/GPS enabled device with latest OS update. Laptop/desktop access is a plus.
• Must possess a driver’s license and a personal vehicle for travel to store locations.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products up to 50 lbs without assistance.
