Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide sport-focused product advice and recommendations
• Assess customer needs and match them with appropriate gear, apparel, and footwear
• Operate POS systems to process sales, returns, and loyalty enrollments accurately
• Maintain merchandise standards, including stocking, organizing, and visual presentation
• Support inventory tasks such as receiving, tagging, and floor replenishment
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales and service goals
• Stay current on product features, promotions, and brand updates
• Promote credit, loyalty, and protection plans when applicable
• Follow all store safety, loss prevention, and operational procedures
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a performance-driven, inclusive store experience
