Retail Lead Specialist

Atlas Trillo Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Retail Lead Specialist to guide customers at our counter through HVAC product and service options. You'll lead daily front-of-house activities, assist with quotes and scheduling, and support technicians with parts coordination. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, basic HVAC or construction knowledge, and attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail counter operations for residential HVAC products and services
• Assist customers in selecting heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions
• Provide accurate quotes, explain service options, and schedule appointments
• Maintain product displays, inventory levels, and merchandising standards
• Support technicians with parts pickup, returns, and order coordination
• Handle POS transactions, returns, and basic account inquiries
• Train and mentor junior counter staff on products and customer service
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures
