Merchandising Manager - Jewelry

Artful Home is looking for a Merchandise Manager, Jewelry to lead our jewelry assortment strategy and merchandising across catalog and digital platforms. You'll own category strategy, curate our designer and private-label mix, shape digital marketing (email, landing pages, campaigns), and build relationships with the artists and designers who make our jewelry collection special.

• Own jewelry category strategy and assortment curation across designers and private label
• Merchandise our catalog and digital presentation, partnering with Creative and Marketing on campaigns
• Recruit, onboard, and grow relationships with artists and designers
• Analyze sales performance and competitive trends to spot growth opportunities
• Lead and develop the Jewelry merchandising team

• 5+ years of direct merchandising experience
• Experience managing a team
• Jewelry, eCommerce, and multi-channel retail merchandising experience preferred
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in fashion, retail merchandising, or related field preferred
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Some travel required, including occasional weekend trade shows.
