Target - 5630 Cottle Road - Responsibilities:
Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain guest experience standards across the Food & Beverage team;
Lead a team of hourly team members including interviewing, training, coaching, evaluating, retaining and developing talent;
Plan daily/weekly workload to support Food & Beverage priorities and achieve sales goals;
Monitor inventory, food safety, pricing, and promotions to ensure in-stock, fresh, correctly priced products;
Partner with store leadership and vendor relationships to ensure brand standards and store execution
