The Account Executive role focuses on helping enterprise organizations accelerate software development and delivery through Jenkins and Dev Ops solutions.

This position is responsible for building trusted relationships with engineers and senior IT/business leaders, managing a high value sales pipeline, and driving growth across named accounts and top prospects.

The AE will demonstrate product offerings, qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC, and collaborate closely with partners such as AWS, GCP, and Regional SIs to expand adoption and deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10+ years of enterprise IT or software sales experience in the U.S.

• Proven success selling complex, multi stakeholder enterprise deals with demonstrated TCO/ROI and business case development.

• Experience with Dev Ops related software, Java middleware, and/or open source technologies.

• Practical experience using the MEDDPICC qualification framework.

• Strong communication, listening, and relationship building abilities.

• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales goals.

• Proficiency with  and modern sales enablement tools (e.g., G-Suite, Sales Loft, 6sense).

• Ability to command credibility across an organization through leadership, curiosity, adaptability, and strong presence.

• Highly proactive, hands on approach to prospecting, research, and territory management.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience partnering with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and regional system integrators.

• Background selling into Dev Ops, CI/CD, or software delivery transformation programs.

• Strong cross functional collaboration skills across sales, engineering, and executive teams.

• Creativity in messaging, prospecting, and developing new business opportunities.

• Persistence and resilience when navigating complex sales cycles.

• Experience selling to financial or bank customers.

• Fluency in Spanish.
