Must be hired for a San Jose, CA location. Sign on bonus not applicable to internal employees. Join an elite group of sales professionals delivering customized, white‑glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T you will connect with customers, introduce the latest technology and services, and work in a sales environment with uncapped commission potential.

Top earners have the opportunity to make $100,000.

Annual salary range: $40,530–$51,890, plus $20,000 to $100,000 in commission. Your first-year earnings will depend on geography, experience, education, and sales goal achievement.

• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching to build field‑sales expertise.
• Meet with existing customers and prospects, using scheduled appointments to deliver personalized sales interactions, hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.

• 1+ year of commission‑based sales experience; outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in reaching sales targets and upselling techniques.
• Strong verbal communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel; company vehicle provided for official business.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and motor‑vehicle record review.
