ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be responsible for understanding Orkin’s termite protection services and making strategic recommendations to customers. By performing 360 inspections, you’ll solve problems and build trusted relationships, ensuring homes and families are protected.

- Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Conduct yourself with utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
- Serve as an empathetic problem solver by recommending the best pest solution for each customer.
- Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads with a robust advertising budget.
- Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes to explain how Orkin’s products and services give them peace of mind.
- Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home – training will be provided.
- Make recommendations based on inspection findings, addressing questions and setting expectations.
- Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
- Competitive earnings of $60,000 to $100,000 per year plus a company vehicle with gas card upon route assignment.
- During the first 90 days, hourly compensation of $28.85; after licensure, transition to a base salary plus commission.

- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- No experience required.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
- Ability to work independently and interact with clients.
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations:
- Use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
- Wear personal protective equipment, sometimes requiring an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
- Work in various weather conditions.
