- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business/EE/Optics.
- At least 8 years of B2B sales in semiconductors/photonics/high‑speed optics.
- Proven track record with datacenter/cloud/telco accounts.
- Strong technical acumen and negotiation skills.
- Results‑driven, willing to travel, and a team player.
