Licensed Insurance Sales Representative
Location: San Jose, CA, 95126
Salary: $45,000 - $110,000 per year (base + bonus + commission)
Experience: 4 Years
OverviewA Farmers Insurance agency is actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed individual who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and growing their income through performance.
Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach.
- Build strong client relationships and provide coverage recommendations.
- Educate customers on insurance options and policy features.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and service requests.
- Support existing clients with policy changes and account reviews.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and activity records.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Insurance or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
