A Farmers Insurance agency is actively seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team. This role is ideal for a licensed individual who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and growing their income through performance.

• Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Build strong client relationships and provide coverage recommendations.
• Educate customers on insurance options and policy features.
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and service requests.
• Support existing clients with policy changes and account reviews.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and activity records.

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
• Insurance or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
