- Technical knowledge of Embedded Computing market and technologies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue and sales targets
- Experience with channel partners in the aerospace and defense industry
- Knowledge of COTS technologies such as VME, VPX, and real-time Operating Systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
