Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their home shopping needs and ensure an excellent customer service experience. Responsibilities may include taking clients to preview homes for sales, hosting open houses, assisting customers with sales contracts, disclosures, and maintaining the store’s appearance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of sales.

Responsibilities

Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance as soon as they call in or walk in

Show homes to customers at the office and in the field

Write contracts and explain them to customers

Assist customers throughout the entire sales process

Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their home selections.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

Willingness to work well in a team environment

Ability to search information on the internet

Willingness to work 4 days a week during weekday and 1 day on the weekend either Saturday or Sunday

Floor Schedules are 9 am to 2 pm or 2 pm to 6

Must obtain a state sales license in order to sell.
