We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative with experience selling Tile and Natural Stone to join our tile and stone showroom team. The ideal candidate has prior sales experience and strong customer service skills
, and is willing to learn about our specific products and industry. You’ll guide customers—homeowners, designers, and contractors—through the selection and purchasing process for both residential and commercial projects.

• Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with product selection.
• Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and installation basics (training provided).
• Prepare quotes, process transactions, and follow up with customers.
• Collaborate with designers, builders, and homeowners on project needs.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Answer phone calls, process phone orders, and operate the sales register.
• Assist with stocking, inventory, and maintaining showroom presentation.
• Participate in product promotions and company sales initiatives.

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales or customer service experience (showroom or retail preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn about tile, stone, and related products (training provided).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work two Saturdays per month.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented.

• Experience working with trade professionals, such as designers or contractors.
• Interest in design, construction, or home improvement.

• Retail showroom and warehouse setting.
• Standard business hours (no evening shifts).
• Must be available to work Saturdays.
• May require weekend or evening shifts.
