• Identify and develop new business prospects for Finance & Insurance products in the automotive sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Manage and grow assigned territory to achieve profitability and exceed sales targets
• Conduct sales presentations in‑person or via Microsoft Teams
• Collaborate with field team members for seamless program implementation and customer relationship strengthening

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 or more years of experience in sales or the automotive industry, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and terminology
• Understanding of Finance & Insurance products and the automotive market
• Must reside within the required territory of Southern Florida
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

• Outside sales experience and advanced knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
• Extensive experience in retail automotive finance or senior sales management roles
• Experience in dealership training (1:1, classroom, virtual)
• Proficiency in automotive and traditional software/technology
• Excellent presentation skills for both small and large groups
