Aboutthe Role
Aleph is Tik Tok's largest reseller partner, representing our advertising business across the majority of our global reseller markets. This role owns the end‑to‑end global relationship with Aleph — serving as the single strategic point of contact responsible for partnership health, commercial alignment, and joint growth across all markets where Aleph operates on Tik Tok's behalf.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can operate at both the strategic level (shaping the long‑term partnership framework) and the executional level (driving revenue and resolving complex cross‑market issues). The role does not carry people‑management responsibility, but requires strong influence and stakeholder management across regions and functions.
Key Responsibilities- Global Partnership Management—Serve as the primary global point of contact for Aleph leadership, owning the overall health and trajectory of the partnership.
- Lead the design and negotiation of the long‑term partnership framework, including the global contract structure, multi‑year commitments, and Build‑Operate‑Transfer (BOT) arrangements.
- Drive global consistency across Aleph's markets—aligning incentive structures, commercial terms, and operating standards to reduce market‑by‑market fragmentation.
- Revenue & Growth—Carry revenue accountability for the global Aleph relationship, ensuring delivery against targets across all Aleph‑operated markets.
- Lead Aleph‑driven new market expansion: identify and assess new market opportunities, build the business case, and manage the launch of Aleph into new territories.
- Proactively identify market opportunities for Aleph—including high‑potential verticals, advertiser segments, and key accounts—and translate them into incremental revenue.
- Partner with Aleph to build the capability and market intelligence needed to pursue these opportunities systematically, rather than reactively.
- Identify cross‑market growth opportunities and work with regional sellers to translate them into results.
- Commercial & Operational Alignment—Own the design and evolution of Aleph's global incentive framework, including the shift toward performance‑linked commission structures.
- Lead resolution of high‑stakes, cross‑market partnership issues (e.g., contract disputes, tax and regulatory matters, market transitions).
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, MSO, Policy, regional agency heads) to ensure Aleph has the support and clarity needed to perform.
- Stakeholder Management—Maintain strong executive‑level relationships with Aleph's global and regional leadership and act as the internal advocate for the Aleph relationship, ensuring it is well‑represented in broader Scaled Growth strategy and planning.
Significant experience in partnership management, agency/reseller management, or strategic account management, ideally in digital advertising or platform businesses.
Proven ability to manage a large, complex partner relationship at both strategic and operational levels.
Strong commercial acumen—comfortable with contract structures, incentive design, and revenue accountability.
Excellent cross‑functional influence; able to drive outcomes across regions and functions without direct authority.
Experience operating across multiple markets and time zones; cultural fluency in working with global partners.
