As a Customer Renewal Specialist you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients continue to maximize value from our innovative, industry‑leading solutions. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding renewal quotas, proactively identifying and mitigating potential renewal risks, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

San Jose, CA – 3 to 4 days in office.

Sr. Manager, Customer Retention.

• Meeting or exceeding assigned sales objectives and quotas for renewal business.
• Working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Contract Ops, and Support teams to stay updated with customer issues affecting retention.
• Tracking upsell or cross‑sell opportunities and ensuring renewals stay on track.
• Identifying at‑risk renewal clients early in the cycle and addressing issues inhibiting a successful, timely renewal.
• Educating and effectively communicating the value of company solutions to client decision‑makers, including C‑level leaders, technical staff, legal, security, and operations personnel.
• Maintaining, updating, and managing all  renewal opportunities.

• 4+ years of renewal or account management experience.
• Experience selling software products that are on‑demand and recurring in nature.
• Experience using  as a CRM.
• Software sales experience;
  SaaS or subscription sales preferred.
• Knowledge of AI, Automation, and/or APA preferred.

• High problem‑solving ability; learning and adapting quickly as a self‑starter.
• Team‑oriented with the ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Committed, enthusiastic, and coachable; desire to thrive in a sales environment.
• Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, listening).
• Drive, conscientiousness, perseverance to conduct outbound sales contacts daily.

Salary range or on‑target earnings (base salary+on‑target incentives) is $120,000–$150,000 per year. Position eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
