This is a full-time, on-site role for an Outside Sales Representative based in San Jose, CA. The role involves building and nurturing strong client relationships, conducting compelling sales presentations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will focus on selling high-value services, earning lucrative commissions, renewals, and potential equity as part of the compensation package.

• Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to communicate value to potential clients
• Strong Relationship Building and New Business Development skills
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities to ensure client satisfaction
• Proven sales experience, particularly in selling high-ticket services, is strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
• Solid understanding of digital advertising or interest in learning about the field
• Passion for connecting with clients and helping businesses achieve their goals
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
