Field Sales Representative

Sign‑On Bonus: $3,000 paid in three installments: $1,000 after 90 days, $1,000 after 6 months, and $1,000 after 12 months. (Does not apply to internal employees)

AT&T is seeking motivated sales professionals to deliver personalized field sales interactions directly in customers’ homes. The role is based in San Jose, CA and includes company‑provided vehicle usage for official business.

• Serve as the face and voice of AT&T to customers, presenting and closing sales on the latest technology and services.
• Conduct hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions during scheduled appointments.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to maintain rapport and effectively pivot to meet customer needs.
• Engage with the existing customer base daily, leveraging scheduled appointments to energize warm prospects.
• Apply upselling techniques to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive company vehicles on official business only.
• Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet customer timelines.
• Complete required background checks, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record reviews.

• At least 1 year of commission sales experience; outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in achieving commission sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficient in upselling techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Base salary range: $61,800 to $100,000 plus uncapped commission opportunities.
