The Sales Associate is responsible for achieving individual sales objectives and delivering outstanding customer service within the Montblanc boutique. The role involves building relationships with clients, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations.

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain a network of clientele.
• Capture client information and update relationship records to promote boutique sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop expertise in simple pen repair and after‑sales service techniques.
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store.
• Stand on the sales floor for 90% of the workday.
• Reaching to access products stored in cabinets or on shelves.
• Bending to access products stored in cabinets.
• Occasional use of a ladder to reach product.
• Unpack and lift large boxes of product as needed.

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
• Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred.

Hourly Range: $22–$26/hr (overall compensation will be determined based on skills and experience).
