VP of Sales

Cal Portland is seeking a VP of Sales to lead revenue growth in the Mining, Quarrying, and Oil & Gas Extraction sector. This role will develop and execute strategic sales plans for cement, concrete, and asphalt products, manage and mentor a regional sales team, and deepen relationships with key construction and infrastructure customers. The VP of Sales will align sales strategy with Cal Portland's sustainability and safety goals, forecast revenue, analyze market trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive innovative, customer-focused solutions across western U.S. and Canadian markets.
