Med Tech builds the clinical kits, apparel, and training gear that EMT and paramedic programs across the country hand their students on day one. Schools reorder every semester, year after year. Once a program is signed, Customer Success is what keeps that relationship healthy and growing.
We’re hiring a Customer Success Representative to manage a book of active EMS and paramedic program accounts. You get a real, revenue-producing book on day one. The job is to keep every account ordering, help programs grow their kit and apparel usage, and catch problems before they turn into churn.
The role is a full-time W-2 employee position, paid on commission with a minimum wage draw. You’re paid on everything your book orders, and there’s no cap on what a fully grown book can pay.

- Own a book of active EMS and paramedic program accounts from day one. Every reorder is yours to manage
- Take handoff of newly signed accounts from Sales, process each one’s first order, and onboard the program
- Work the reorder cadence with program directors on purchase-order accounts, and drive student adoption on custom-link accounts
- Grow each account’s kit and apparel usage toward its measured potential
- Spot at-risk accounts and work them before they lapse
- Answer account questions by phone and email. This is a phone-first role
- Find and work upsell opportunities inside your book (equipment, SIMBODIES, practi-meds)
- Keep CRM records current on every account you manage
This is a full-time W-2 position paid on commission with a minimum wage draw. You earn a set percentage of the gross profit on every order your accounts place, paid 45 days after month-end. One flat tier, the same on every product and every order. The dollar figures below are that rate applied to real account history. We are looking for someone to take current accounts and grow their value with us.
On day one you will be handed approximately 80 accounts. CSR seats are capped at 100 accounts. Based on our commission model, first-year total compensation is expected to run roughly $50,000 to $100,000, which assumes growing the average value of your accounts from current levels. In year two and beyond, earnings scale with your average account value to approximately $122,400 per year at full account value.
Actual earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance.
Every payroll you receive an hourly wage at the minimum wage for your work location. Minimum wage varies by state and city, so your exact hourly rate depends on where you live. We’ll confirm the number for your location before you accept an offer.
Those wages are a recoverable draw against your commissions. Each payroll we compare the commission your book has earned against the wages and commission already paid to you. Anything earned above that is paid out as commission on top of your wages. Your paycheck never drops below your local minimum wage, and we never deduct anything back out of a paycheck.
As your book grows, commission becomes all of your pay, and the dollar figures on this page are the commission model itself.
Your 80 accounts average about $4,500 a year today. Their rosters average 144 students per year, so there is approximately $12,240 of kit potential per account, and today’s book runs at 37% of its measured potential.
